By using Facet ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

What the app does

The app analyzes a photo of your face and generates a cosmetic skin report with AI-generated observations and suggestions.

Not medical advice

The app's output is for informational and cosmetic purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Do not rely on the app for any health decision.

Purchases

Reports are sold as one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple. Prices are shown before purchase. Purchases are consumable and non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies or applicable law.

Acceptable use

Submit only photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to submit. Do not use the app to analyze photos of others without their consent.

Accuracy

AI-generated analysis can be wrong. Results vary with photo quality, lighting, and other factors. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be posted at this URL.
